1.1       This report is to request an immediate update to the Allocation of Seats and Appointments to Committees. The proposal has been made following consultation with the Leader of the Council and the Chief Executive.

2.1       The chief executive agreed the updated political allocation of seats on committees and panels.

 

2.2        The chief executive received the updated appointments to the standing committees subject to no Member being disqualified from serving due to a conflict of interest.

30/01/2023 - Appointment of LATCo Board Member ref: 572    Recommendations Approved

The Council operates a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) to support and enable transformation and enable new business opportunities.

 

The LATCo operates with a Board of Directors and a new appointment to this Board is required following a resignation.

 

The Council is the Shareholder for the LATCo and therefore is required to approve any appointment of Board Director.
