The Chair of the Overview & Scrutiny Committee to move that proceedings of the meeting held on 3 April 2024 be received.

The Chair of the Employment Committee to move that proceedings of the meeting held on 26 February 2024 be received and where necessary approved and adopted.

The Chair of the Planning Committee to move that proceedings of the meetings held on 4 March and 8 April 2024 be received and where necessary approved and adopted.

The Chair of the Audit Committee to move that proceedings of the meeting held on the 21 March 2024 be received and where necessary approved and adopted.

The Chair of the Regulatory and Licensing Committee to move that proceedings of the meeting held on 26 March 2024 be received and where necessary approved and adopted.

To approve any recommendations made by Cabinet at the meeting to be held on 9 April 2024.

To consider a proposed update to the Constitution.

To approve the following proposed changes to the membership of Committees:

Cllr S. Wilcox be removed from the Overview & Scrutiny committee and appointed to Planning Committee.

Cllr N. Hawkins be removed from Planning committee and appointed to the Overview & Scrutiny committee.

To answer any questions submitted under procedure rule 11.2

To approve any recommendations made by Cabinet at the meeting to be held on 9 April 2024.

RESOLVED: “That as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business, which would involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972”
