RESOLVED:  That this planning application be approved subject to the conditions contained in the report of the Chief Executive. 

RESOLVED: That, as publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business which would involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1,2,3 & 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended.

Members considered a report relating to an appeal lodged regarding a recent application.

After a debate and receiving advice, the Committee agreed how to proceed in defending the appeal.
