Purpose:

To approve the award of contract for Treasury Management Services.

Decision:

1.1       Approval to award the contract to Arlingclose Ltd for an initial 3 year term with two optional extensions of 12 months.

 

1.2       That the options to utilise the 2 x 12 month extensions are reviewed and determined by the Cabinet Member for Finance, Procurement and Revenues & Benefits based on performance and recommendation from the Head of Finance & Procurement.

Reasons for the decision:

Arlingclose Ltd were the highest scoring bidder following a compliant procurement process.
