Reason for urgency:
It has been impractical to give 28 days’ notice because completing the re-procurement by 14 September will enable the Authority to avoid a significant price increase and maintain the current pricing for the three year duration of the new contract.

The re-procurement has to be completed by the 14 September 2018 in order for it to be processed by the supplier ahead of the 1 October deadline.
