The Committee’s terms of reference as shown in Article 6 of Part 2 of the Council’s Constitution.

The Council’s Forward Plan is attached to aid the Committee in setting its work programme for example timing of items.

To receive updates of the work of the County Council’s Health and Care O&S Committee, feedback issues via our representative on that Committee (Cllr Leytham) and consider any health related matter devolved to us by that Committee. The work programme for that Committee is attached to aid Members as well as summaries from previous meetings when available.

A first draft of a revised Scheme of Delegation, that is Part 3 of the Council’s Constitution, is attached for the Committee’s views and comments.

To receive updates of current Member Task Groups or to agree the creation of future Task Groups.
