Minutes: The Licencing Officer presented the Council’s report to the Committee. The Applicant then stated to the Committee that contrary to the report there would be no deliveries of alcohol to the premises.
The Applicant confirmed that there would be no significant change in the frequency of deliveries. It was also stated that these deliveries would be conducted at routine Royal Mail delivery times and that parking would only be required for Royal Mail vans to collect and deliver orders. The Applicant clarified the agreed process for their online orders including ‘Challenge 21’ and Royal Mail tracked delivery. The Applicant also confirmed that the premises would operate either five or six days a week and that there would be no collections on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Following the previous answers, the Objector was then happy to withdraw her representation.
DECISION
Following the withdrawal of representations the Panel approved the Premises Licence Application in entirety.
