RESOLVED: That planning permission be approved subject to the conditions in the report of the Director of Place and Community.

Enforcement Matters - Update Report

Minutes:

Consideration was given to the Enforcement Matters – Update Report.  A request was received to re-open a case which had been closed and the Chairman agreed to discuss this with the Planning Enforcement Team.
