PDF 160 KB Minutes: 24/00457/OUTMEI - Arkall Farm Ashby Road Tamworth Wigginton and Hopwas RESOLVED: Refused due to inadequate information being provided to Staffordshire County Council with respect to Highway Impacts. The reason for refusal is set out as follows: Inadequate information has been provided to Staffordshire County Council as the Highway Authority and statutory consultee to demonstrate that the proposed development would have an acceptable impact on the safe and freeflow of the highway. The proposal therefore fails to meet with the requirements of Core Policy 5 (Sustainable Transport), Policy ST1 (Sustainable Travel) and the National Planning Policy Framework.
